To join OHHA via credit card, please call the office at 1-866-774-6442 or 905-854-6442.
Please be advised that, in order for us to process your membership application, your signed form must be received at the OHHA office. You may send it to us by fax: 905-854-6103, email: ysmits@ohha.ca or by regular mail.

We are currently in the process of changing the sofware program to administer our membership database and we therefore ask you to fill out your renewal form completely before submitting it to our office. Your assistance in this is greatly appreciated.
